The theme of the day was "Linking Together".
During the day we all learnt how to use a digital camera, especially the super macro function for close-up photos. We took a boundary walk, finding manmade landmarks and listening for the sounds of nature.
We did an orienteering activity where we had to break the code from the clues placed all around the property. We found some texture patterns and made a crayon rubbing and it was fun having a picnic lunch. At the end of the afternoon each group made up a game that the class could play and we had some more codes to break.

It was a wonderful day of "Linking and Learning Outside the Classroom".
